Having post qualification degrees on Information system audit (ISA) and Fraud accounting & detection (FAFD) from ICAI (India) & also certified information system audit(CISA) degree from ISACA(USA), he is gaining experience in the field of Systems & forensic audits. Pritesh has also completed certification  course on Concurrent Audits conducted by ICAI (India).

Disha is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank 50th in PCC examination, and has over 6 years of experience in Risk advisory and related services.

She has worked on a large portfolio of clients in various sectors ranging from Shipping, Manufacturing, FMCG & Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality and Real Estate with reputed firms like EY LLP, Mazars Business Advisory Pvt Ltd, CNK & Associates etc in the past.

Disha has led and conducted risk assessments and risk based internal audits, SOP preparation, risk based reviews, etc. for various clients.

With her understanding of processes and business operations she has successfully catered various services such as  risk based assessments, process engineering and  risk mitigation, Designing and Testing Internal Financial Controls, ERP implementation and system audits, Due diligence and Fraud investigations, Forensic audits, SOP documentation and implementation, etc., to the clients scope of which encompassed all core processes and controls.

Abhilash has over 6 years of professional experience in providing tax advisory and compliance services to manufacturing as well as service industry. His pre-qualification and post-qualification areas of work include direct taxes, indirect taxes, audits and corporate laws. He has handled various assignments like tax advisory, tax optimization, transaction structuring, due diligence, compliance, audits, certification, litigation, etc. He has worked with industries and sectors namely, Retail Supply Chain, Logistics Companies, Pharma Companies, HVAC and Electrical Contractors.

Abhilash also caters to foreign clients having their subsidiaries / branches in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. He has foreign clients from countries like Africa, UAE, etc.

He graduated from Mumbai University with a Master & Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
